What is creative resistance?

Resistance isn't just massive protests and major movements. Resistance can be small. Quiet. Local. Done by amateurs and novices.

Because resistance is ultimately about making your voice heard, so that someone else knows they're not alone. It's about making the art, writing the thing, learning as you go. It's about telling our stories, no matter what the powers that be say.

Learn more about creative resistance throughout history in the podcast The Art of Resistance. And if you're a creative individual or an organization looking to make your voice heard, let's work together to reframe your work with resistance in mind.
